Prior to Exaltive Sandeep was Senior Vice President for strategic engagements for a global software services company and animation studio. He extensively worked on digital and innovative media marketing, creation of Centre of Excellence in Information and Communication Technology (CoE~ICT), advanced computing and multimedia education.

He is Electronics graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing and has a Master Degree in Business Administration.
