With over 15 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), Roger brings a passion for designing innovative products and building strong teams focused on customer success.

Prior to Exaltive, Roger was a founder and CTO at Enwisen, a SaaS HR portal solution serving Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Intuit, Yahoo, Bank of America and 250 more. When acquired by Infor in 2011, he served as VP of SaaS Development promoting SaaS architecture and customer services practices spanning HR, Talent Management and Enterprise portals solutions.

Roger has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from CSU Chico and has over 10 patents including software and Aerospace electrical interconnect design.
